Helpful for anyone who is married or planning to get married one day By Kat This book thoroughly explores the meaning of marriage from the biblical perspective, and its intended result. The book is well planned and covers a variety of incidents that may transpire in a marriage with out God and also with the plan He wants to be followed. Although there are some minor punctuation and maybe even a few grammatical errors, the paragraphs flow from one to the next with ease. I chose to read this book because I wanted a better understanding of what would be the difference between being in a marriage only for convenience and one that was by God. I am sure, after reading this, that there are legitimate differences and, by keeping in mind the points made in it, I can understand what God wants for all marriages and with this knowledge I can hopefully make a better marriage for myself. I received a free copy of this book in order to give an honest review.

It spoke of the marriage "order", in a positive light, not a demeaning positional notatiin. This was an easy read, very educational and informatative. There were a few grammatical errors, and punctuation errors but overall gave an excellent view or the marital relationship. I received a free digital copy of this book so that I could review it honestly.

By Melissa M Hall Marriage: Conevnient or Covenant explores many complicated aspects of a Christian marriage and gives advice based on scripture. I wasn't familiar with most of the scripture verses that were included and enjoyed the explanations the author gave of how they applied to a marriage. I would say this book is more taylored to someone new to marriage than someone that has a strong long-lasting marriage.I found myself highlighting a few of the questions the author posed. The biggest message I took from the book was, first and foremost, to always think of us as WE. In all actions and decisions we make as individuals, we should always be thinking of the potential consequences for our spouse. Another good thought provoking question posed was, "Why did I get married to you?" I think that when things get rough, I can always look back at why I married my husband in the first place and it puts things back into perspective.Overall, I gave this 4 stars. A lot of the mentalities mentioned in the book are old fashioned. I wish the author could have related the values presented with a more modern-day take on a Christian marriage.
