A Must Read for Wannabe Ageless Goddesses By Tammy Cox This guide provides an excellent overview and analysis of Christiane Northrup, M.D.’s Goddesses Never Age. If you are looking for great pointers and tips on how to embrace getting older and how to actually enjoy your life more than you did in your twenties, this is the book for you. With this guide, you are given the highlights and most important take home messages that can be used immediately in your daily life. What I liked about this guide is that it points out many reasons why we should be happier as we become older. There Is something useful for anyone who reads this – highly recommended.

By Jeff B Eureka Books yet again astounds me by delivering another well composed book in "Key Takeaways & Analysis of Christiane Northrup MD's Goddesses Never Age: The Prescription for Radiance, Vitality and Well-Being"!As always they open with a brief overview of what Christiane Northrup's book is about, summarizing that the author's intent is to advise older women on how to live agelessly despite cultural stereotypes.Even though the target audience is aging women, after reading the nine key takeaways and analysis in the book, I think that anyone could take something away and apply it to their lives. You will learn that age is just a number and that by being creative, exercising and loving yourself as well as surrounding yourself with relationships of many forms, one will be able to experience just what it means to live agelessly!

I bought this for the 20 or so supposed exercises in the original without having to wade through endless pages of unrelated anecdotes. There are none. There is no substance to this book. It's the equivalent of synopsising Moby Dick as "A guy goes fishing and sees a big fish.". This book is completely bland and useless. I'll save you the money...be proud that you are a woman of age and do the things that give you joy. There, that's this book. Money saved. I'm returning it on general principles. I'll buy the original and go wading.
