By Elaine Crystal healing is a new thing for me and by purchasing this wonderful book i get to know more about it and how it affects my overall well being. The book started of as very informative since it gives a brief preview of how chakras work which i like. It is reader friendly and coherently written making it ideal for beginners like me.
