2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. What happened to Meeka? By ALF Ms Jackson, I could not wait to write a review for Part 2 of this book. I hate the separation that occurred between Meeka and Rick. Granted Meeka should have listened to Ricks's explanation about Marla, but to go out and sleep with Johnny while she was pregnant! My mouth was hanging open and she had so many chances to leave. I felt with all she and Rick went through in the first book, to have her sleep with Johnny was just so weird to me.
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Rick and Meeka Part 2 By Gail T I thoroughly enjoyed the second installment of Peter and Meeka's story. It has some twist and turns, but they found their way back to each other. This is a love story with a few mistakes on both their parts. Rick and Meeka are meant to be together. I rated this a four star because there are somethings unfinished, and due to a couple things they did that shouldn't have happened. I hope there is a third book for these things to be addressed and closure is found for everyone involved.

I really felt sorry for her that she would think that she could get Rick back knowing he was in love with someone else. That was really low of her. As for Meeka, she just jumped to conclusions without hearing Rick out. She was also wrong. This wasn't a one-sided situation, she should have at least let him have a say to what really happened with Marla in his bedroom. She didn't really give him a chance on that. Altogether a good read.
