1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Teenage love By Pamela Johnston Ward This was an okay read. It started off in the present day then converted back to the past. It's a hood love story, but not like the typical ones that I am used to reading. It is based on a teenage couple and their high school years. Nancy is your typical naïve girl and Deon is the typical manipulative boy. They are both fumbling their way through life. This book left me with unanswered questions, so I have to get part 2 to see how things turn out for these two.
