The stories are hilarious and relatable whether you breastfeed, bottle feed or a combination. I wish I had read the book before becoming a mother and nursing so I knew what I was in for (no one tells you some of these things!) and that I wasn't alone. If You have 'Been There, Done That', 'Are Doing That Now', 'Have Tried That', or 'Think You Want To Do That' this is the book for you. This book will help you to realize we all had problems and weird or bad feelings about breastfeeding. I think one of the main points is there is help somewhere and you don't have to feel bad about going and looking for it. The LLL in your area is a good place for that help in my opinion. While reading this book I could relate and I wanted to laugh out loud, cry out loud and have another baby, so I could try just one more time to see if I could get it right this time. Keely and what's his name go on their first date and she gets nosey quick, and decides whn has mommy issues because he is reluctant to talk to a perfect stranger about his family. The love scenes are completely flat and boring... I finished the book but it was painful, so painful that I can't even remember the guys name, and grew to dislike Keely.

They meet because, both had friends who thought they could find love with the matchmaker. Problems happened on the road to happiness, but I loved the fact that Tim decided to fight for Keely's love.I think everyone will enjoy reading this book.

Ok, the characters are complex and adorable in his and her own right. If you ever watched a great tennis match, you know every now and then the players volley back and forth until the selected shot is available and then you go in full throttle. This book is full of interesting volleys and aces. You so will not be disappointed in the match, with the exception that you want another match immediately. The ending was great except it ended. This is my first book by this author and in no way be my last. This book will draw all genre of readers. Happy Reading

This book at first glance to the unsuspecting may look like a book of photographs depicting Los Angeles scenes and landscapes, but it is actually a series of creative essays about the author's life in the city. The small selection of photos used to bridge the essays are sometimes related to the text pieces they proceed and sometimes not, but they always affect the experience of the text, they color its tonal qualities and the reader's expectations. Florczyk's background is that of a poet, and while these aren't prose poems, the inflection of the image and the mood of the language takes reign over the desire for narrative. The main strength of the collection, in fact, is how it transforms mundane things like discarded furniture and grocery shopping into meditative and often profound questions about the nature of place, belonging, and their relation to personal metamorphoses. Even so, the pieces in the collection is not somber, and their is a streak of clever humor that runs throughout. A refreshing text in form and content that doesn't fall into the expected tropes of writing about cities or our lives in them.

These essays were a wonderful surprise and so enjoyable. I think they are best appreciated when read individually, rather than in clusters. The author has the gift of taking simple topics from everyday life, and in a gentle manner, he presents them and forces us to reflect on them where previously we would not have taken the time. Thank you for the 're-set'. I look forward to future essays.

I'm a fast reader so it didn't take me long to dive into this hilarious book and get lost in Jen's life for a moment. The writing style was really good and easy to read. Like most of my favorite books I was able to put myself in the MC(main character's) shoes and walk in them for a moment.My favorite part about this book though, was the helpful tips to surviving this crazy thing called parenthood. Even after having 2 kids nearly over the age of one, I still needed to read those tips.The yummy recipes weren't disappointing either.I would, and have recommended this book to a friend and parents who want a time out from the kid zone. I PROMISE you'll be laughing, nodding your head, and buying a cooking apron by the time you're done.Great job Jen!

Beckman The love comes pouring through the wit of falling in love as a couple, falling in love with kids, and remembering to love your own time. I look forward to making some of the recipes and so clever how they relate to the stories. A great book for those who are frustrated with online dating and are looking for something real By Natalie M Hipp I've debated between rating "Online Dating Done Right" with 5 or 4 stars, but in the end, I went with 5 stars, because the advice given throughout the meat of this book is straight-forward, actionable, and really comes from the heart. I've used various online dating methods for a few years, and I must admit it was difficult to read the first few chapters of this book. I could very clearly see myself in a lot of the "do not do" examples. I dated mostly for fun when I was first divorced, and I felt very lost as to what I should or should not be doing. I was given advice from countless friends, family members, and strangers, but they all seemed to have a different agenda behind their words. As a more mature "dater," I can see how much wisdom there is behind Jenn's cautionary advice on dating too early, dating without knowing or valuing yourself enough, and being stubborn about rules or quick decisions.If you're looking for the thoughts of a trusted confidant, who will tell you the truth and give you mature advice on how to find the love of your life, then this book is definitely a must-read. Jenn breaks down a lot of her own experiences and mistakes she has seen in dating in the first half of the book. In the second half of the book, she methodically outlines her own process on dating and her reasons for using it. I particularly thought her advice on how to setup first dates is super useful for anyone who has been frustrated with online dating. Her break-up advice is spot-on. Jenn gives some very thoughtful considerations on how to breakup with someone who isn't working out, and also how to be a "dumpee" with grace.Lastly, I can see this book being a great re-read. Jenn created a book that is an easy read that keeps the readers attention with her wit and humor. And it will be too late to reroute our travel plans."First he reviews the commonly held opinions about death, near death experiences, the bright white light and experiences drawn from the modern entertainment industry. Why take the fantasy and myths from someone who had an altered state of consciousness or a near death experience as a witness? Far better to rely on someone who was really dead, dead in a tomb for three days and then raised from death to life. This is none other than Jesus Christ, the Son of God, uniquely qualified to reveal to us what is on the other side of death.Using examples and explanations from the Holy Scriptures, Lutzer presents the bad news first, the descent into gloom for those who die in their sins. I could not put it down, and read it in one night. It was so comforting, and let me know that as Christians, we really can face death with hope. It also let me know that death is a passage way to eternity with the Father...and comforted me tremendously.
