Thorough information about this somewhat tough parental responsibility By Denniger Bolton Lots of great tips here, covering everything from night time rituals, to having some tough play to help rid your child of excess energy, announcing five minutes ahead of lights out time that bed time is coming. I agree with Mr. Noot, the author, consistency is the key. Got to hold on to your standards and rules and everything will eventually turn out for the better. Something I did not know that the author spoke of was how much sleep should a child get each night depending on the age of the child.

As for me, I needed some help and I found it in V. Noot’s book -- I felt relieved! My baby refuses and cries every time I put him on his crib and he easily gets distracted. I did not know what to do, but these great secret techniques, I am learning better to understand why he can’t sleep sometimes. My partner is also interested in learning parenting styles with me.

Made things so much easier for my wife and I, and some of the tips are actually useful to use for ourselves as well. Getting your kid to sleep can be a nightmare but this gives a lot of support to make it a lot less painful.
