The last one I tried had descriptions at the beginning AND end of the book/essay! This author is taking advantage of us readers and ruining the kindle unlimited program!! I mean really was this 20 pages! I understand authors get paid regardless as long as you read the first 10% of their book but what a rip off it is when it starts at 16% like this did!

Life is for the Living By Lilikins Well written and a well constructed story.Sensitively deals with the dilemma one faces about moving on after the death of a partner. There is also the inevitable mixed feelings a woman has when she falls in love with the husband of a dying friend/client: a nurse does develop a bond with her patient. I do actually know a real life situation where this same thing happened. No doubt some will feel conflicted about this, but it is brave of the author to use this premise as a erotica storyline as it does pose a moral dilemma for the man and woman, no matter what the wife said on her deathbed.

The nurse is hired by a wealthy man to care for his wife in the last days of her battle with ALS. The story is made more poignant when the dying woman asks the nurse to make sure her husband lives his life to the fullest. I read this while waiting for the doctor to see me. It is a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more.
