And with that, many neglected the need for meditation. Even I... and so when I gave myself to reading this book, I actually felt the need to meditate and have proven to myself that it has been many years that I have not given my self a break from all things that preoccupy my mind.I am glad to have encountered this book because I learned a very simple concept: Meditation. And even more fortunately, I have practiced simple steps that will free my mind and enter that sanctuary of meditation that actually gives relief and strength afterwards.So to those who don't want to be swamped with this very busy world and end up tired and dry, better give time to mediate.

It can be hard to find good information on meditation that is concise and applicable to the average person. This book achieves both of those things very well, it is loaded with applicable information that actually helps you understand what meditation is, different techniques on how it is done, what the benefits are, and other information that will actually help you begin a practice. Easy to read, loaded with info, and you'll be ready to start meditating as soon as you put it down.

By Albert Gonzalez I've been thinking about how to start some kind of regular meditation to help with all of the stress in my life. I just never new how to start. This book answered that. It's a great book to help anyone get started. And such simple techniques too. Wow, I am so excited now about implementing a daily meditation ritual for not only myself, but also for my wife. This is one of those books that you will read over and over again. And recommend to others as well. I just can't say enough about it. If you've been considering meditation, or are just curious about it, get this book. You will not regret it.
