It's filled with life changing nuggets that are truly inspiring. Hilbert's writing is easy to read and makes the process of life-improvement and mastering self-love very simple. He shares a lot of his struggles in the book and makes himself truly vulnerable to the reader, which only makes the book more relatable. The other thing I truly enjoy about his perspective if ways to make your life better by cutting out a lot of the unnecessary things that we think are so necessary to have. Finally, I love his perspective of mastering self-care and being the best versions of ourselves. In our society, most people think taking time for self-care is "selfish." In reality...taking time to be our best, so we can be our best for others, is the most unselfish thing we can do. I would highly recommend this book to any person trying to improve their lives. I would also recommend this to any busy dad. It's an easy and quick read...and...pack full of value!
