2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Ummm By Ladii_Dinkins Ok the first book wasn't great but good so I waited for the sequel and this one wasn't good to me. The book is al over the place. It moved so fast that I often get myself confused. The time didn't flow well. One minutes character is 5 weeks then 6 months then the baby is a year old. I think the writer has good potential she just might need to take her time. There were times I would read a chapter but didn't know who was talking, I think the writer has the ability to put out good stories just need to focus on the details and pace the book. Karina went from 1 partner to 3 in a years time. I just wished the book was better. I'm left completely confused versus anxious about the next part.

Although there were some inconsistencies in the book, it did not take away from the storyline. It seems as though Karina can't catch a break. Poor child has no idea who was in her corner. And that ending??? Yeah, I will definitely be reading part 3. Good job Kyra!!!!

It was not a bad read but the book didn't hold my attention like part 1 did. I will be reading part 3 because I know the author is good at what she do so I will give the series another try.
