Lots of drama and plenty of crazy By Kitty Smith This is one of those stories that has great bones but needs a bit of editing to really make it shine. I felt myself drawn to Ashley, empathizing with her dilemma of being with a man she loves but who does nothing for her sexually. There's nothing wrong with HER sex drive, the blame lays squarely on Marcus's broad, caramel shoulders, but how do you walk away from your soul mate just because he doesn't get you off?When one of her clients gets slapped into next week after his fiance found out he was cheating with her best friend, Ashley thanks her lucky stars that her own best friend would never do that. Or so she thinks. The story comes from Star's POV as well as Ashley, and it's soon clear Star has some serious jealousy and anger issues where Ashley is concerned. Star is a cold, calculating hustler who doesn't mind playing a long game to get what she wants.There's enough secrets and schemes going on to sink a battleship, and poor Ashley seems to go from the frying pan to the fire. Lots of twists and turns along the way to keep you guessing as to what will happen next, with a seriously big surprise at the end.

Keeping this goal while dealing with the womanly issues of life is something I can definitely relate too, so this book really hit home!

Didn't understand how she ended up there in the ward. Nothing read prior to that suggested that ending. However the book did have potential
