Victoria Moore is a yoga instructor, natural health blogger, and wife and mother of two. She created Yogi Mami in 2009 and has extensive experience and knowledge of women’s health, holistic pregnancy, natural childbirth, prenatal exercise and breastfeeding. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. The sweetest and easy to read book to prepare for a healthy baby By Mandy I chose 5 stars for this book because of several reasons. The author, Victoria, mentions the health of the Dad, which NO ONE ever remembers.There are breathing techniques I have never heard of and they make a lot of sense. This is an area that I need educating and this book has done it for me. I had only worked on delivery breathing but not these specifics!The herbs and avoidance sections are so simply written, I can remember and use.This book will be referenced again and again.

I have a little girl and we have been trying to get pregnant for some time now and Victoria's book brought so much insight to me and helped put my mind at easy and prepare for baby. Its an easy read and full of very useful information. I look forward to more from this author.Also happy to note that from some very useful and important tips from this book we are now expecting our second child in December!

The author, Victoria, She brings a refreshing new outlook on health and pregnancy. I love the fact she is direct, creative and explains her techniques very clear. Reading this book gives me a more zen outlook on health. I would recommend this book to everyone. I thank the author for writing this book! Its incredible work!Valentine
