Perfectionists usually already get obsessive of doing things in orderly fashion, and the tips seemed like they were aiming to someone who wasn't successful, and then at times swayed to all of a sudden writing and painting without a proper way to move to the next section. The text is like a wall of text, and hard to define where one idea ends new one begins. It's all kind of blurred together which makes it confusing.

A worth-while OCPD read and freeing thought provoker By a friend of Jesus This short book on OCPD is well-thought-out and holds promise to assist the perfectionistic, or OCPD, person in gradually 'extinguishing' their self-defeating traits. Practicing this author's suggestions, over time, is sure to bring an increasing sense of mastery over the negative side of perfectionism, and enable the perfectionist, or OCPD, person to grow beyond their self-imposed limitations.
