Review As a co-author I may be biased, but actually I couldn't read the others' chapters until the finished article was in my hands. Now, I've read them, I have to say that you will find at least one story in here that you can relate to and gain inspiration from! Everyone has had to bounce back at least once in their life and this anthology is a reminder that we can - definitely a keeper. - L A Barnett

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Inspirational, informative, honest and a really good read By Graham Hand A very motivational book, full of real stories about real people. I particularly like the parts where the authors give practical advice on handling adversity, crisis and disasters. I have only just read it, but there are plenty of lessons to learn, advice to take and stories to help those who need a little help in bouncing back themselves. The book is organised into individual chapters by different authors, so it's easy to pick up and read another chapter as and when you need it. Sometimes when life gets too much it helps to escape it all and indulge in some fantasy stories, but sometimes the really motivational stuff is all about real life, real people and some really good tips on bouncing back. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

A shelf must-have By Miss L A Barnett I may be a co-author, however - I had not read or heard about any of the other chapters until the finished article was in my hands! I can honestly say there is at least one story in here that everyone could relate to and seek inspiration from. We've all had to bounce back from adversity at some point in our lives and this anthology is a reminder to us that we can - definitely a keeper!

In so many situations in life you feel alone, scared and helpless well after reading this wonderful compilation of true stories of inspiration , I came away feeling better and more aware of my now past own limitations in my life and more energized to tackle sometimes small and sometimes big problems in life
